The learning experience
This course is designed for professionals who have completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course and are ready for advanced application. Participants should come prepared with a workplace project and a completed project charter. The course includes asynchronous prep, live Zoom sessions, coaching, peer collaboration, and direct feedback from instructors. Expect to dedicate 10 to 12 hours per week to coursework and project implementation.
