Course description

In today’s fast-moving digital environments, clear and accessible communication is critical. This course builds your ability to plan, design, and deliver technical content that is accurate, ethical, and visually engaging. You’ll explore the core frameworks behind effective technical communication, including audience analysis, genre adaptation, and visual information design.

Participants learn how to structure content for clarity and usability, apply the five foundational design principles, and evaluate information sources for credibility and relevance. You’ll also build collaborative writing skills and learn how to manage versioning, feedback, and workflow in fast-paced, team-based settings.

Throughout the course, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing content across platforms and formats, supported by peer learning and instructor guidance.
