A Framework for Success
RIT Certified places the employer at the center of our curriculum. We work with industry experts to create skills frameworks that describe what an employee must know and be able to do to add value on their first day of work in a new role. More than a list of competencies, a skills framework includes detailed information on indicators of excellence that will drive assessment and curriculum design.
Together, skills frameworks, authentic assessment, and job-focused curriculum mean RIT Certified students will be able to get to work fully equipped and as quickly as possible.
