RIT Certified launches graduate credit-bearing courses in three key fields

The professional education and workforce development experts at RIT Certified are applying their employer-informed and skills-forward approach to graduate-level credit-bearing courses.

Now, early to mid-career working professionals can gain the in-demand skills they need to maintain or advance their career and gain graduate level college credit at the same time. All in six-week, asynchronous courses at a tuition far below traditional graduate-level courses. 

These open enrollment (no application needed) graduate courses are in fields with the greatest demand for new skills acquisition and growth opportunity: Health Systems Management, Engineering Leadership, and Media Arts and Technology. RIT has unique curricular strengths and expertise in these fields.

RIT Certified is applying their industry-aligned approach to education designed for working professionals to shape these courses into accelerated, yet flexible learning experiences to get the highest ROI for a professional’s time and investment. 

With rapid advances in technology and continually changing regulatory and compliance landscape in health care, employers are seeking professionals with skills and knowledge unique to the complexities of health care systems, processes, and populations. In Integrated Health Systems & Population Health, students will study how social, economic, governmental, and environmental factors shape the health of populations. In Evidence-Based Management in Health Care, students will draw on leading-edge technology and data sources to drive decisions that lead to improved outcomes. 

Professionals in engineering and product development need skills in generative AI, sensors and IoT, and data to design and manage innovation to optimize manufacturing to evolve into leadership roles. In AI Application in Engineering, engineers will learn to apply AI tools that empower a new approach to complex problems: human experts and AI models working synergistically to make predictions, detect anomalies, and optimize systems. This course includes explorations of  improving simulations using neural networks, and use of natural language processing (NLP) for requirements gathering and documentation.

Generative AI is changing what is possible for digital media, and the creative professionals who master it will be able to create personalized content with the scale and speed required to make an impact. Generative AI for Content Creation is designed for digital media professionals, including graphic designers, art directors, animators, and anyone interested in learning how generative AI can be used to improve existing workflows and brand management. Cross Media Workflow, analytics, and creative direction leadership. In Cross Media Workflow, students will acquire a complete toolkit for executing media projects across platforms, engaging in hands-on practice using cutting-edge industry tools to optimize digital assets, successfully manage a brand, and deploy a variety of cross media workflows.Leaders are set apart by their ability to harness the creativity and drive of a dynamic team. In Leading Creative teams, students will refine their teams’ client-facing communications to manage client expectations, negotiate project scope, and build long-term client relationships.They will leave this course with the ability to invigorate their teams with new strategies for creative collaboration, delighting clients, and amplifying their impact as leaders.
