AI Brand Messaging: Applied Workflow

RITx Course
WRK-AIAP-1007

Learn a structured AI-supported messaging process you can use end to end—turning goals, audiences, and key points into better drafts and cleaner review cycles.

In-Person
4 Hours

Description

Use AI within a guided messaging process that helps turn ideas, inputs, and priorities into clearer draft language and review-ready outputs. This workshop focuses on applying AI to real brand and communication work in a way that supports consistency, speed, and sharper editorial judgment. Building on foundational AI habits, participants learn how to move from message inputs to draft generation, refinement, variation, and review while maintaining voice, intent, and strategic clarity.

The focus is consistency and reviewability: defining steps, checkpoints, and outputs so messaging work is easier to assess, easier to reuse, and less dependent on repeated rewrites. Participants see how prompt patterns map to each stage of the process, how goals, constraints, voice cues, and success criteria improve output quality, and where quick verification checks and redirects belong so content is clearer before it is shared. We also preview how a prompt-based messaging process can evolve into an assistant when that approach makes sense—without requiring a specific platform.

Participants leave with a clear messaging approach they can use in their own work after the workshop, along with a prompt sequence that helps improve cohesion, reduce rewrite cycles, and support faster alignment.

Outcomes

Each outcome is taught through applied practice, so you can use the workflow immediately.

  • Frame message goals, audiences, and key points before drafting
Create the inputs that help AI produce more relevant, on-purpose output.
  • Use AI to generate, adapt, and refine messaging
Move from first draft to more effective versions across audiences and channels.
  • Apply voice cues and constraints to improve quality
Use direction, tone guidance, and quality bars to strengthen clarity and cohesion.
  • Review outputs for tone, claims, and audience fit
Use quick checks and prompt adjustments to improve accuracy and reduce avoidable issues.
  • Create a messaging process teams can share
Define the checkpoints, outputs, and review habits that make messaging easier to repeat, review, and improve.
  • Recognize when a workflow is ready to become an assistant
See how a prompt-based messaging process can become a more reusable tool—and when that step makes sense.

The Learning Experience

This in-person, 4-hour workshop is demo-led and workflow-focused; no laptop is required. It’s best if you’ve completed AI Brand Messaging: Voice, Prompts & Proof, or already have basic experience using an AI chat tool and can provide clear inputs such as audience, goals, key points, and constraints. You’ll watch the process run from start to finish, see how prompts map to each step, and learn where checkpoints, redirects, and quick verification habits improve results. You’ll leave with a structured approach you can use in your own tools after the session.
